We have been generating publicity for Gracie Barra Hastings, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, for many years.

Our tasks have included submitting regular articles to local and national media, as well as putting together biographies of the instructors.

The articles have appeared in publications such as The Independent, The Scotsman, the Hastings Observer, and Jiu Jitsu Style magazine.
